Return Policy:

 

A request for return authorization must be made in advance in compliance with Team Beans / Forever Collectibles then-in-effect Return Authorization Policy. Returns will not be accepted from the customer unless the product shipped by Team Beans / Forever Collectibles has been damaged in transit or the wrong product has been shipped to the customer. The customer must call Team Beans Forever Collectibles (732-967-1177) to receive a Return Authorization within 15 days of receipt of the product unless the product is a gift. If the product is a gift then customer must notify Team Beans / Forever Collectibles as soon as the gift is received. If the product is damaged, then the customer must maintain possession of the product for a minimum of 7-10 in order for a claim to be filed with UPS. If the product is not returned or Team Beans / Forever Collectibles has not been notified of the damaged product within the 15 days of receipt of the product then customer is responsible for the product.  When the product is approved for return by Team Beans / Forever Collectibles, the customer must include a copy of the invoice with the returned product.
